adequate stay , some issues present

great breakfastcentral locationfree parkingdirty roomstained carpetstained chair
the breakfast was very good , everything i could wish for was available. the location was very central , the shops were literally across the road. parking was free in the multi-storey , it was next door to the hotel.
the room wasn't the 'cleanest' , there were quite a few stains on the carpet. there were also a lot of stains on the chair. it's also quite dated , i wasn't necessarily expecting anything different.
